Good job nipping it in the bud so soon, while the number still starts in a “1”! People sometimes can give others a hard time about wanting to lose weight, when that person is not heavy enough for people who don’t know them well to notice. It’s still good to care though! I have also never been heavy enough for people who don’t know me well, to notice my weight, but I’m still working on nipping it in the bud. 

I’m very conscious about my weight as got to this weight before and didn’t feel great, so had a change of life got into fitness and work my way down to 12 stone, training 8 times a week. Then life got in the way and slipped right back and even though i think I can carry the weight ok. I hate it. The main thing is we have our own goals and are happy. 😃
