I was trying to stay under 25 g net carbs yesterday. I failed to do so, however I didn't decide to just sugar binge as a result. I had my usual two small tacos and a small serving of chips and salsa, but overall I reminded myself that it isn't failing because I learned something. I learned I need to be more selective with my fruit.
