Tbh it was only a couple of glasses but a lot off food snuck in to. Just got to try and focus again.

I must admit, the nights I have wine the whole diet thing goes out the window......therefore I try not to have wine very often.

I tend to only drink wine when I’m out which normally involves dinner too, but I’m actually fairly sensible when I’m out, it’s when I’m at home and bored the trouble starts 😂
