A brand new week🥳. Happy Monday FS. I know should stop daily weights. But it’s the only way I can manage accountability at the moment. Also 1700 is proving impossible to hit right now. So going to stick with 1800. I wish I could get back into IF as that definitely helps curb the night time cravings. What I have noticed is that I’m not hungry at night, it just seems to be a habit I’ve picked up. Did really well last night until I got to 11pm and was still wide awake. Next thing I know I’m in the kitchen and food has forced itself into my mouth🤨. Aiming for a 12 hour fast today to ease in. All other goals remain the same. Sleep has been terrible and I’m exhausted this morning 🥱.
