Managed to hit my targets yesterday except exercise! Was so tired, I forgot🤦🏾‍♀️. I’m not going to get upset by the scales being difficult and continuing in the wrong direction. Might be screaming by tomorrow if it keeps this up though.
Goals for today:
- Try to stay within 1700 calories
- 60 minutes activity
- 4 fruit and veg
- 2L water

I hope you’re right Heather. Today has been tough so far. Someone very close to me has let me down very badly. It has taken all my willpower not to polish a tub of ice cream🫣.

They have let u down my darling, don't let them win, its so easy to reach for the things we shouldn't have, but then ur gonna feel even worse if u eat it, sending u lots of love and support xx
