Hoping to stay in this blue zone now, but there are challenges ahead. Two long weekends with temptations and delicacies, but I'll try to track in my food diary throughout and see how it goes. I don't believe in 'not eating the lasagna', but I plan to reduce my portion and add some broccoli on the side. Every little bit helps.

I've got monthly poetry tonight so looking forward to that. And hopefully the sun will come out around midday and shake this bleh feeling I woke up with.
