Hello All, I am still here how's everyone? I was in Hastings last week and put on 2.5 lbs in 2 days. So yet again starting over, this is my life. When I was young I weighed 7.5 stone now I am somewhere between 8.10 to 9.2 stone this is ridiculous 😒. But being nearly 65 years old one expects to weigh up. Nature is odd everyone is so different. I am watching a Freddy Mercury tribute with the very best David Bowie sadly missed too and Annie Lennox. It's torn between sad and happy songs and memories. Thank goodness tomorrow is Sunday.
