Program is all over the map. Hoping to wrangle it in by introducing intermittent fasting. Has always worked in the past. It won’t help my ultimate choices, but will help limit my opportunities to chase squirrels! My goal for the coming week is to be down a couple lbs. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Tim Vail - 😆😂. Too funny! Sir, you are a model for me. When I get moved, 3 months from now, I want to start a program similar to your biking using maps, but will try rowing between locations. Hope that makes sense.
