Thank you Shir. 💕 I am making a serious attempt to eliminate sugar, dairy and wheat, in the hopes that I get some energy restored and keep the fibromyalgia from flaring up. Small steps to healthy habits. 😊 I loved your story about spending time with your family over the holidays. ❤️

Becky, my aunt suffers from fibro too, and she saw a clear improvement when she quit dairy, sweets and wheat., as you are doing. I hope you feel better soon!
