I got a wee bit worried stepping on the scale because it was creeping hard the past few days in that upward direction. 🫣 I am glad it didn’t keep that motion up but mainly because I worked pretty dang hard to keep myself in check last week. My portion sizes were good and I only splurged on a few treats here and there. I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend! I have the next two days off and plan to do some meal planning, exercise and relaxing.
