Siegels, I realize this wasn't a question but I remembered reading something you wrote about 'keeping the path and results will follow' look to your post on Nov. 12th. I'm just going to say something I have to tell myself "If it's working, don't fix it" "If it's not working "Reassess, Adjust, Evolve" I don't know if this will make sense to you, but I hope it helps. My heaviest was 232. I am only 5"2 so I was approaching orca status for me. I am still far from thin but working on it.
