Yesterday down right sucked at work and was rough hungerwise but I managed to stay on budget despite being a snackasouras. Now I just need to remind myself of my own advice and ignore the scale and trust that the results are happening... Can't expect miracles in just a few weeks of being back in a deficit but hopefully I can slowly keep unwrapping the full set of abs by Christmas 🎄 😄 🎁 🎁 🎁
