Went out for pumpkin pancakes yesterday and then all day I grazed! The pancakes were good and I love going out to breakfast with my husband, its something we have done for years. Kind of like date night but in the morning...Well off to body pump..💪💪

Well at least all the carbs from the pancakes probably let you have a stellar workout!! I saw a documentary on carbs and try high carb days before a workout and see if that makes a difference. I love a good breakfast out with the hubby too!!

Redporchlady, I have been playing around with eating carbs with dinner if I'm going to have a double workout or just a heavy lifting day. It does seem to help my energy level.I usually eat a veggie and a protein for dinner.
