woke up and its in the 40s today deffintly a pants day. this should be interesting all my work pants are size 36 and I'm a size 30... going to be over a month until our winter clothes order comes in for work. even with a belt this feels ridiculous

I'm still in disbelief on the size 30 thing as well. I have never been that before even in high-school I was a 32. I went and tried the work pants on the other day and I'm actually going to need to order a 32 though . my legs didn't fit in the 30s even though the waist was the right size 🙃 😅 must be all that biking and squats

Rut ro work took me out again had a cheese steak and fries it was probably the best cheesesteak I've ever had mostly because its been almost a year since I've had one hahah😅 its all good I'm working it off now and eneded up 100 cals under budget yesterday and approx 150 over today. Now back to the regular scheduled programing.

Works been doing a great job of trying to fatten me up lately I think they have fed me lunch like 5 times in 2 weeks I've been doing a really good job of working it into my daily calories / counteracting with activity though
