I absolutely HAVE to make time for FS! I swore I wouldn't breach my 50 lbs down, and here I am . . . scared! If I don't log my food, I am blissfully unaware. I need my buddies and the food log to keep me on my toes. Deep breath. Start over. So much has happened this winter, both good and terrible. I hope you all are still here for me. I haven't even been lurking the last few months. I'm sorry. Heather and Sazy, in particular, have stuck with me and still, I've been absent. Well, you can see the results.

You've already taken the first step by coming back. You've had success in the past so you KNOW you can do this! If you have a smart phone there is a FS app so you can log there and it syncs here automatically if that helps!

Hi Jo, I'm still here too, but like you, not as often as I should be. The way I see it, if I didn't come here at all, I'd weigh even more. At least we have not given up totally and are trying to be mindful. Hang in there!

Thanks everyone. I'm busy getting ready to camp and getting the house ready for a new furnace and AC installation. I'm logging again. That's a step forward. Hugs!!!

Hi Johanne and buds, I am having the same issue. My goal last week was to get back to logging and become aware how much I am eating. Did not do so good, I cannot use Easter as an excuse...trying again today. Good idea about the app. I will download that tonight. Thanks!
