After doing some number crunching, I found out the Department of Defence BMI is the most accurate because the calculation uses the Waist the Height ratio to determine the overall Fat mass. The calculation uses the waist circumference of 40 inches for men and 35 inches for Women to make a cut off point at 28% Body Fat, which is the percentage of class 1 Obesity.

I have 2 lbs/1kg remaining to make an acceptable 38 lbs/17.23 kg. Let's do this!
