Moved in to our new rented flat on Tuesday and so far I've got my exercise mat, kitchen and bathroom scales and my calendar stuck to the inside of my cupboard door where I will track all sorts of things. Today marks the start of my weight loss goal for this year in earnest. Hubby and I had set a goal, which was meant to end on the 2nd of July, but none of that happened with things being so transitional for months now.
I can finally track calories again, which I'll do from Monday - not sure what I'll aim for - possibly 1800 for starters and then see about lowering. Still on the lookout for some dumbbells, but if I can't find some I'll do bodyweight/jump rope YouTube workouts starting on Monday and aim for 3 x 30min a week for starters. Looking forward to getting back to some kind of routine, which will include a daily walk to the local park or in to town whenever the weather suits.
