This is my Revised Weigh and Tape Sundays that averaged out my Fat mass based on 2 BMI measurements (Department of Defense & Fat Calipers), rather than 3 BMI Measurements (BMI, DoD & Fat Calipers). The reason for the Revision is due to the Measurements in the 2 BMI Measurements closely relates to the Waist to Height and Hip ratios, which are the most important to measure Belly Fat.
