Speed keto, the diet that made me lose 40kgs (100lbs) 😉 

Amazing! How long did you maintain Speed Keto diet? 

I don’t remember how long. At that time I only though that “today my weight is lower than yesterday, so I’m making progress and getting better health”. I acted like that until I realised that I couldn’t wear my old shorts anymore.

Yea, i'm having this happy problem now too: Had to buy a belt to hold up my pants and tighten the strings for my shorts haha. Aiming to achieve my goal of 11% body fats before buying new clothes. 

Same here 😂😂😂 now I’m stopping myself to buy any clothes, waiting until my cutting ends, which I will start in a couple of weeks after this. You only need to buy new belt, but me is worse. I couldn’t wear any of my pants at all. I had to get my old pants which I hadn’t worn since high school back to wear them!!! But you know, my height is 190cm, all my pants are super short for me, especially shorts that it makes me feel nudes when wearing. And I’m Thai, most Thai’s heights are around 160-170cm. But my height is 190cm, I almost can’t find any store that sells long pants with 70-80cm waistline, which is my expected waistline after cutting. 

I'm 183cm. Yup, you're really tall for a Thai guy/ SouthEast Asian! Tailoring or online shopping would be your best bet for getting the best fit hahah.
