Thank you sk.17! I was actually surprised, but I guess running errands all day canceled out the eating out. Weigh ins like this are what I need to remember when moving forward. 👍

Wifey, my own mother would tell me to lower my voice when we were out eating! But I think that was more about her not wanting others around us hearing what I was saying, because it wad most likely personal. My mother was very proud and proper and I was probably talking about a family secret. 😳 I was very loud when I was in my teens, but only with certain people. I have since learned there is a happy medium and besides, I haven't got the same amount of energy I had back then. 🙃
