Oh yeah! I know that all too well, but I'm now realizing how completely normal that is. I guess that's partly why I gave up before because I thought I was doing everything right and nothing was happening. But in truth something really was happening. Now I'm staying the course cuz I know sooner or later I'm going to win! The other reason was I was hungry all the time, but I wasn't eating enough calories or protein.
