Plan for day IF/Keto/exercise
Worked for 1 3/4 hours in garden before breakfast, digging and dividing iris bed. What a job that turned out to be. I'm only half done!! We are back to cooler mornings, in the 70s, a good time to do strenuous work, before it warms up into the mid 90s. Shopping/business trip to town. Made a spinach salad with shrimp for lunch and finished it off with a Keto chocolate coconut peanut butter fat bomb. Love one of these fat bombs, taste is so decadent and is just what the appetite needs to say "Yumm! Good lunch!" Holed up with a good book and iced tea until cooler evening arrives. We did walk 1.2 miles this evening. Then I watered the garden.
