I think until I see 180, I'll keep my goal where it is until my fluctuations are low enough below to not lose the blue...like SherryeB said. Especially because I feel so hungry today. I'll probably be green tomorrow.

I ate a bagel with peanut butter and a gigantic bowl of raisin bran so already at 1000 calories. Usually at 800 after breakfast with a ton of protein. Not much protein though. 🤷🏻♀️
