don't actually know my weight. I'm traveling for work again. two days in a row eating right and exercising, so far. truth be told I hate travel, but at least I'm in total control of what goes in my mouth, and how I spend my day. shooting for under 1800 calories a day with an hour of exercise per day. 5 am departure Sunday may complicate the exercise part, but otherwise I'm confident I can do it.
