Phew! Still going down even without my workouts. Can’t eat as many calories while I’m healing, but doing my best to adjust.

It’s doing better, thanks chrisw77! It hurts every morning when I wake up (it’s hard to walk at first), but it’s getting less severe everyday. With ice, rest, and ibuprofen/cream I haven’t needed the boot as much as I thought I would.

My podiatrist never suggested any exercises for me to do for strengthening. Interesting idea. Ha! I had that problem when I injured my knee. My right leg looked smaller than my left. So weird!

yep my physical therapist has me doing things to help get my legs more flexable. Stretching is so helpful with loosening things up.
