I started this group eons ago, and have stayed on my low sodium diet (I try to keep it below 100 mg) all food has SOME sodium in it, but if you limit processed foods (even some fresh meat is BRINED) so read labels, but buying canned things with NO ADDED SALT is a good way or frozen veggies or fresh. Unfortunately cheese has a LOT OF SODIUM because it is needed in the chemical process of turning milk into cheese...I used to make my own cheese but have not in a while but I am going to TRY making cheese using "No Salt" (POTASSIUM CHLORIED) which is actually a "salt" just not sodium salt.

Thanks, everyone. It’s being slow but reasonably steady. I hung a group photo on the wall, right in front of where I sit. I’m standing right beside a friend I thought was heavier than I am. NOPE! This photo has been my motivator for the past 7 months, front and center! Slow is painful, but better than not at all. 😳
