Merry Christmas everyone! Well I had a pretty good day. Just a tad over my calories for the day, but it's all good. This morning I got a workout in. P90, and walked 3 times around the local park. Once around equals about a 1 mile. And actually the last two times around I walked and jogged. Yes I jogged the first time since probably high school! Merry Christmas to me!
