Im 67, need to lose 20 pounds to work and stay healthy. I am now 74 and have gained 17 lbs, I must get to 170. I’m a performing artist and the Weight has affected my stability, my strength and my agility. I would like to connect with others in my age group who are active and want to become more healthy to live longer.
