hard for me to wrap my mind around.. good thursday morning fs..its hard for me to imagine how easy the weight is comin off once again...for me im sure my scales are sayin lets dance...wbh is finally takin a load off me...an my bike tires..im sure they are saying...bout time you made it easier on me..having to carry you on your ride each day..

my left knee was much better today..gonna sit an watch it rain next 3 days so the weather man is saying...who knows till it gets here..

got my gatorskin tires for bike so will be changing them out today..an replacing tires..suppose to be really good tires..il find out once it quits rainin...

Man, you are dropping the pounds like crazy! Way to go! I'm glad the few days off riding helped your knee. And seeing the little changes in our bodies and the way clothes fit are little victories worth celebrating.
