I am so scared to weight myself, the 90kg (200lbs) I wrote I am at right now, is just a guess, based on how my body looks like now, and my clothes not fitting me anymore. About a year ago I moved to Canada, my life changed completely, and I was just eating cheap junk food, not caring at all about what I put in my mouth. I stopped dancing ballet, jazz, and going to the gym. But now I want to be healthy, to have muscles and be able to hike, run, dance....
