I'm actually moving in the right direction! Yesterday I was up at 168, after 5 days of vacation. Not feeling the excercise motivation today but I did get back to walking yesterday AM and again today. Next goal is my Birthday I suppose. That gives me not quite 2 months to lose 12 lbs.
