This week has been fairly quiet, physio on Monday, a night out in London after work on Wednesday with a few wines, a stretch class on Friday and a day in London today with a lot of steps . Zero boot camps but sometimes we just have to live life.

The week was balanced PW 🙈, but it was allowed as I’ve started to up the workouts again the last few weeks so balances it out over the weeks

Ha ha PW yep I agree long gone are the days I was in the gym 8 times a week. You’re still a youngster like me 😝. It’s just about finding the right balance for us. Aww thanks but you have escaped them for a while 😝
