@Bear .. I use an immersion circulator from Anova and cook in a water bath @ 141.5F for 2 hours. Then I sear in a pan with spices

Never even attempted it yet but you had me at Sous-Vide. I hear that is a delicious way of cooking!

@66pack : Sous-vide is an exact cooking method which works for many proteins. I find it‘s very good for chicken breast.

Well no wonder it looks so tender! Thank you for the info. I will have to consider that. Crock pots don't quite do it for me.
