Buenas! Mi olla lenta ha sido defenestrada por mala conducta (nunca más la marca Cecotec!). A cambio, me he comprado este trasto. Es la Instant Pot Duo Crisp + Air, que está al 49% de descuento en Amazon (a precio normal, ni en broma).

I have the instant pot and love it. Has the air fryer lid which my mom stole from me. You can make some amazing things in there. Enjoy!

I'll let you know, Kat! It could be the bomb or the most wasted piece of junk in history. Do you use recipes from any specific source, or do you improvise, adapting your habitual recipes?

I bought a cookbook in the beginning. I’ll take a pic and post it. Once I learned the basics, I mostly just wing it with the exception of beans and grains which tend to be rather specific. There’s also a great YouTube channel and website called hip pressure cooking and she has some air fryer lid recipes.
