You should be looking at percentage in 100g - check out The British Heart Foundation advice.
This is a common practice with food labelling.
A low fat diet, as prescribed by a surgeon / NHS, is 3% per 100g. It’s basic maths. Do not judge fat content by ‘portion’ size.
