Its just that kind of night! I have been working out really hard all this week and my body is letting me know it's tired! I have muscle fatigue pretty bad. Whenever I work out really hard, I get the chills really bad later in day.God bless my hubby!

Buenita, Thank you, woke up this morning at 1:30, 2:30 3:30, and finally got out of bed at 4:30...it's gonna be a long day and of course I have so much to do as we are leaving tomorrow to go on a trip.. oh well .I will relax when we get there! Have a great weekend!!💜💜💜

Little mermee, I did too much! I was trying to do as much working out as I could because I'm not as strict while on vacation. I guess I overdid it!! By this time tomorrow I'll be relaxing by the river! Hope things are well with you and the Twinkies! 💜💜
