Love it, I’ve never understood why it “must be” turkey. I read in early America, raccoon was actually the most common dish. My family loves fish and seafood and one year we had that garlic bread and salad, but then they all protested and went back to turkey -even if at the same time admitting that they really don’t like turkey.
