Korean drama still all the rage… 🤣🤣🤣 I went years without having a TV because I was cheap, so I missed out on all the good stuff. 

That was a funny trail...I really enjoyed that. We should do it again😂. Night Yfritz. Very impressed by your weight trajectory. I'm hoping to get into the 40s by the end of the year🤞🤞 

It's like drugs! Once you're hooked it's hard to get kdrama out of your system😂

No it doesn’t taste like Chinese fermented tofu. We eat cold tofu in summer. You can add kimchi. I added ponzu for flavor today. My appetite has been poor lately and this is all I ate all day. I was appalled by its low calorie, even protein content was disappointing. Still went the gym for workout. Are you proud of me?

I LOVE Natto! My husband thinks I’m crazy but when I’m not dieting one of my comfort foods is white rice, with green tea poured over it, topped with natto! I hadn’t thought about eating it with tofu! I’m going to try that 

Peggynan, shiso is easy to grow and it’s super good for you. I can’t find it in the stores. Please grow it next year. The flavor is quite elegant.

Fluffy, I never thought of pouring green tea on natto. What a great idea! We do eat ocha-zuke, sounds like you know what it is. This meal is called hiya-yakko. You’ll need to add kimchi or ponzu or dashi, otherwise it’d be bland. Lots of people use soy sauce but I don’t like it on my tofu.

Mamaron, next year you wouldn’t even remember the grades you made… my grades weren’t stellar either when I was in college but I turn out ok. Now it’s time for more baking! 🍰🧁🥮

YAALOL, don’t try natto🤣🤣 I don’t even believe its health benefits. I eat it because I like it. Tofu is great; you can do so many different things with it, no? I like to eat it spicy 🌶 I think I know you… maybe. But I could be wrong.

I'll admit, I had to Google natto, but it sounds interesting. I love to try new and different foods, which is one reason I love living in Houston, so much diversity, so many choices. I grew up eating things others consider yucky, like chicken feet and various organ meats, etc. I love it all. Thanks for sharing. 🌞
