Hi Shrew, I think it’s normal. The body cannot handle food when we are sad. I’m not worried. It’s taco Tuesday and I like tacos 🌮 so maybe I can add some calories tonight. Have a blessed day 💕

My wife is the same way! Stress and depression makes her not eat… but I’ve got her back, I eat for both 😂. I hope you can get out of your funk and back to working on you 🥰💪🏽

Aww Horlicks or a milky hot chocolate is a delicious before you go to bed drink, I must say I do prefer a milky hot chocolate though. Horlicks is a malted flavour drink. I love call the midwife fantastic program.😘 xx
