Oh wow! Lovely and your cornbread made in cast iron must be wonderful! I used to me a shepherd's bread in a cast iron Dutch oven. When the lid was lifted by the rising dough it was time to bake. 😁

Thx RM, Melissa, breco, Cherry, Jpop! The cornbread was made by Mrs SK and was delish but the star was the whipped ricotta (1st time) ⭐️ Gonna file this new creation away. 😋
