Greanie, I have a recipe for Tarragon chicken salad I like...that gave me the idea. I have a bunch of tarragon growing in my herb garden. Yes, I did like it.

Fresh tarragon is fantastic. This sounds great. I've converted to making salad from the packets of wild caught pink salmon instead of tuna - way less mercury.

If you're feeling ambitious, make hollandaise and substitute tarragon, minced shallots and vinegar for the lemon juice to make sauce Bernaise. Very top drawer and great on grilled steaks and chops. I enjoy seeing what you're up to in the kitchen every day.
