I had blood tests done this time last year.Liver was up...
Had blood tests last week, doc said everything normal, but Vitamin D low.more sun which is fun!
Looking forward to comparing last years results.
Only had a couple of weeks of walking before these tests. Might have some done in 6 months.
Has any one been able to compare blood results to see their progress in their blood levels too?
It s very interesting, there s so much to keep us healthy.
